Description
As an IT Global Service Desk Specialist you willprepare and collates reported incidents, analyses data to compute individual program and enterprise uptime performance and generates IT service level reports.
Job Description:
- Responds to various requests related to company uptime, incidents, request for proposals, service requests and manages client account administration.
- Research and resolves problems that are complicated in nature, reference detailed instructions and process documents and know when to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues
- Track and follow instructions for documentation, notification, escalation and follow up incidents
- Provides assistance and connecting customers using call, chat, e-mail, web portal help desk support of hardware, systems, sub-systems or applications and infrastructure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course
- At least 2 years related working experience, preferably coming from an IT/BPO/KPO Industry
- Amenable to work on a night shift
- Willing to work in Makati
