Responsibilities
Manage information technology systems and infrastructure
Provide support and resolution to all IT related request/issues and escalate to the IT Manager as needed
Install, Install, configure, deploy and maintain desktop, laptops, server, printers, smart phones, network peripherals; and authorize software deployments
Perform regular security monitoring to identify and prevent possible intrusions
Ensure software updates are applied and kept up to date on servers, desktops, laptops and network peripherals
Manage IT assets of hardware, software and licenses
Desired Skills and experiences
At least a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Advanced troubleshooting experience (PC,hardware / software, browsers, etc.)
Programming languages such as HTML5, JavaScript and PHP
Customer service and communication skills
Willing to work rotating shifts
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Preferably at least 1 year of experience
