ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop DevSecOps vision/strategy across the AIA PH enterprise with conjunction with the AIA IT Group and AIA PH Local Business Unit Stakeholders Synchronize DevSecOps for platforms/product systems across the AIA PH Enterprise including but not limited to Tribes/TDA,/IT for AIA PH Digital and innovation initiative and projects using DevSecOps. Define DevSecOps product requirements as the sole source of requirements for the team Scope, create, implement, and monitor DevSecOps MVPs, ongoing implementations, and actual DevSecOps products/platform in relation to DevSecOps process maturity with various Digital Leads in AIA PH considering constraints and sustained development of the DevSecOps product/platform. Deliver Requirements and ways of working in Tribes for which include QPRs and Sprint activities. Contribute to team DevSecOps product development Build team backlog, hold meetings with the team to update the team's product backlog and prioritize items to achieve business outcomes Work with the DevSecOps Architect to bring strong design and solution implementation on DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines for different technology stacks Work with the Agile Coach to help enable the organization's new way of working through hands on coaching of pilot and project teams in adopting the DevSecOps mindset, principles, and practices in delivery of digital and innovation initiatives and projects Develop and deliver various DevSecOps training workshops to both technology and business parties at project, team and organizational levels and ensure timely knowledge refresh is don with the AIA PH organization 2 Help promote and embed a culture of innovation, change and continuous improvement within each team and across the organization Provide ongoing training and mentoring to upskill team members with practices to enhance their DevSecOps maturity and ensure team members are up to speed with the most current DevSecOps technical updates Monitor progress and performance at the team and individual level to identify opportunities for improvement and leverage as well as identify talents to potentially become Team Lead Work with the Agile Coach to help drive adoption using change management practices and activities with ongoing maturity assessment for continuous improvement Conduct continual improvement for DevSecOps for AIA PH Support to increase the internal capability and build DevSecOps community for scalability and sustainability Collaborate with the Group (GMM, IT Group, etc.), local teams (IT & Bus), TSS, and other vendor partners to recommend, assess, and establish practices and principles for AIA PH DevSecOps at scale Manage Risks, Issues, Budget, and Resources across DevSecOps Team
