The Role
As an IT Business Associate, you will primarily manage projects and maintenance in terms of requirements gathering and solution design. You will also be responsible for the Portfolio Management of ITG Projects
How you'll contribute
Work with each business segment in coming up with a road map for Projects
Manage & assign SRF by reviewing and assessing request requirements
Review BRD/MRD in terms of completeness of requirements (including test scenario and tester information)
Ensure that the internal teams prepare the FSD or Solution Design and ensure that the solution design/FSD will satisfy the requirements otherwise specify the gaps in the Gap Analysis.
Based on the recommended solution, if it is outsource/external solutions, work with Vendor Management in ensuring that RFP/RFI is prepared and ensure that the external solution design/FSD will satisfy the requirements otherwise specify the gaps in the Gap Analysis.
Update the requester for possible solution given by the Bank Tech, Operations and Infrastructure Division and high level timelines from Project Manager
Turn over to PM for execution once solution is accepted
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
At least 5 years' relevant experience in IT Business Analysis and stakeholder management
Knowledge of Banking Process and IT
Ability to create and analyze business requirements
With work from home set-up.
