Flight Itinerary (About The Role)
As a Business Analyst within our team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into functional specifications for IT projects. Your insights and recommendations will drive the development and implementation of IT solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives. 
 
What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)
 
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications for IT projects.
Work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of IT solutions.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase.
What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)
 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, with a strong understanding
of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Solid understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and data analysis.
Proficiency in documenting business requirements and functional specifications using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
