Looking for a new career challenge? PartnerHero is looking for an IT Business Analyst in the Philippines. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be a member of the Enterprise Systems Project team reporting to the Project Manager within the Infomation Systems and Security group. You will be working with the team to research, select, and implement the replacement for the current HRIS and Accounting systems. You'll Be...
Analyzing and documenting key business processes in HR, Finance, and related functions to understand departmental and regional requirements fully
Documenting minimum functional and technical requirements for each system category, with emphasis on flexibility and robust integration capabilities
Documenting the logical architecture for integrating recommended system categories to PH
Platform product and off-the-shelf platforms (Google, Slack, Hubspot, Jira, Monday)
Assisting in the development of an RFI and RFP
Assisting in User Acceptance Testing, Production go-live, and Production enhancements
Developing the User Training, which includes documentation, FAQ, training materials, and release notes
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
What You Bring To The Table
Advanced English level (C2); spoken and written
5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with strong business knowledge
Proven experience with enterprise-level projects
Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling/documenting, verification
Effective communication in a variety of forms, settings, and audiences
Experience in RFI and RFP development a plus
