Job Description
Supervise the operations of the IT Asset Management Lifecycle. Supervise the maintenance of records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracks quality throughout of the product lifetime.
Qualifications
Must have at least 5 years IT Supervisory experience
Handled multiple IT Technology and Platform
At least 2yrs of experience on the following IT Infrastructure
· SAP or any related platform
· Windows Technology (Wintel)
· Project Management
· IT Inventory Life Cycle (End to End)
Knowledgeable in Procurement, Accounting and Finance process and policies.
Vendor Management
Knowledgeable in Policies and Process of IT Asset and Support
Experience in creating Policies and Process
ITIL Certification (is a plus)
Microsoft Certification (is a plus)
Cisco Certification (is a plus)
Project Management Certification (is a plus)
