The roles in this function will include managing a team engaged in asset recovery and voice solution provisioning for UHG. The Associate Tech project manager will have up to 10 people reporting and will be accountable for the team, their performance and growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the team responsible for different functions within Automated Provisioning
Conduct daily huddles, monitor and course correct daily progress
Guide team as well as provide improvements to existing methods, processes and tools
Provide reporting on team's contributions, performance and initiatives
Handle 1on1s with team members ensure their development and growth opportunities in line with organization's talent development program
Be a champion and escalation point for the processes the team is involved in
Single point accountability for Team's operational metrics/KPIs
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
ITIL V4 Certified
5+ years of IT Asset Management experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in end user support (IT helpdesk, service desk)
3+ years of experience in handling team of more than 8 people
Any prior experience of driving initiatives, process improvements
Knowledge and experience on request management tools, and reporting
Knowledge of professional asset management practices & best practices in asset management life cycle, user provisioning services (HW and SW)
Strong verbal and written communication in English language
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for automation and simplicity
Can work with minimal supervision and can lead/help mobilize team accordance to work priorities
Flexible and willing to learn other skills that can assist the team and make delivery more efficient
Excited and self-driven to learn new technologies
Must be a team-player, can collaborate with ease and have a great attitude towards work and peers
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile/ITAM certifications
Experience/exposure in SW and HW provisioning
Experience in procurement tools
ITAM exposure and knowledge
Work hours:
Flexibility to work in US business hours
