Primary Responsibilities: ??
?? * Assist on innovating a centralized SAM strategy that includes development of an approved list of software and an associated implementation plan. This plan should address, at a minimum, the lifecycle phases, funding aggregation, and other considerations
?? * Executing and developing Software Asset Management programs to centralize the license management, implement strategies to avoid duplication and guarantee the adoption of software management best practices where possible
?? * Assist with reviewing and / or establishing policy and procedures for software agreements and licenses with the publishers
?? * Assist in developing methodologies, policies, and practices for software asset life cycle management
?? * Assist in developing a process to respond to software vendor audits, license validation requests, and theft and fraud investigations
?? * Participate in process improvement projects and identify savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services
?? * Uphold record or database management
?? * Communicate through email, group meetings, and presentations to end-users, management, developers, and vendors
?? * Respond to requests from end-users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information
?? * Adopt and apply the local government policies such as but not limited to Philippine Economic Zone Authority
?? * Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications: ??
?? * At least 1 year of experience in IT Asset Management/Software Asset Management
?? * IT Asset Management and Discovery Tools experience (Service Now, Lifecycle Asset Management)
?? * Advance knowledge on the lifecycle of IT Assets (Hardware / Software)
?? * Leverage knowledge of software deployment, device inventory, software asset management
?? * Understanding of IT Network, Security and Server infrastructure
?? * Background and understanding of IT processes and infrastructure, including but not limited to IT Asset Management with a focus on inventory life cycle, practices and Management
?? * Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
?? * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
?? * Able to adopt to quick change and can work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
?? * Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
?? * Self-starter and able to work independently while being part of a decentralized team
