The IT Admin Support oversees efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems and networks.
Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for design, installation and configuration of network and security infrastructure and network management system/monitoring tool (including network switches, routers, firewalls, intrusion detection/preventions systems, configuration management, network performance management, etc.)
Monitors network traffic to identify problems and make capacity planning recommendations.
Maintains and update the network and security infrastructure
Install, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot the telecommunication infrastructure, including IP PBX's, IP Phones, Interactive Voice Response System and fax server.
Troubleshoot problems with network and security infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, proxy servers and make corrective actions when necessary.
Assists with the planning, design, research, and acquisition of new or upgraded hardware and software systems
Maintains current knowledge of hardware, software and network technology and recommend modifications as necessary.
Ensures routine preventative maintenance and license compliance is performed.
Coordinate with the technical consulting teams for the technical related functions.
Configure, deploy, test and repair hardware for end users including CPUs, laptop computers and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, deploy software and hardware, and repair equipment.
Use expertise in customer services and technical knowledge to resolve issues and problems.
Provides training to end users to include one-on-one training, troubleshooting end-user assistance, and technical documentation.
Maintains the inventory of existing equipment and materials.
Bachelor's College Degree in Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent
At least 1-2 years experience as IT Staff / Support / Administrator
Proficient in hardware, network troubleshooting, and repair.
Knows installation and configuration of Windows and various operating systems, quick learner with a desire to learn new tools and techniques.
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Manpower 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
