About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
The CFS Global ECM Team is a centralized team within CFS that handles the ingestion of all kinds of documentation received in ECM. Additionally, this team also assists with ad hoc projects related to ingestion of take on funds.
Your Role:
Daily close monitoring of all ECM queues in order to achieve the target SLA.
Ensure that FIFO approach is applied for incoming documents in IRIS.
Ensure high accuracy standards are maintained for the entry of trade activity.
Responsible for proper checking of trade documents, KYCs, and other supporting information, and determining to which process should it be ingested in the system on a daily basis.
Ensures that all incoming electronic fax/mails and other similar existing records are stored in an electronic filing cabinet for easy retrieval.
Monitor incoming documents and volumes in the various queues closely.
Responsible in keeping confidentiality of client's information
Extract documents requested by the Local Office for audit purposes and review to ensure that no internal correspondence included in the document.
Provide assistance to other line of business with inquiries on certain documents.
About You:
You are 'A-level' or Diploma qualification
You are 1-year of experience in a financial service office is an asset, although not a prerequisite
You are knowledgeable of hedge or mutual funds an asset
You have the skills data and alphanumeric entry with high degree of accuracy
