PURPOSE
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the hardware configuration of the IPTV system and its network. Update the system by analysis and research to improve components, layout and design for increase efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
>With Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Software, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
>With at least 5 years broadcast industry experience in systems maintenance and upkeep
>Knowledgeable in digital broadcasting via cable, satellite, IPTV/OTT
>With excellent communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
>Maintain the hardware configuration of the IPTV System
>Ensure that the system is operating at 100% capacity all the time
>Update the system by improving the components, layout and design for increase efficiency, which will lead to increase speed and function
>Work closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists, UX designers, other developers, systems analysts, and sales and marketing professionals, for the development and improvement of the IPTV platform
>Investigate new technologies and its applications
>Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses, reading manuals, and accessing new applications
