JOB TITLE
Asset & Wealth Management - IPB Reconciliation - Associate
FIRM INTRODUCTION

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND % TIME
Support the team in their mission to provide top quality operations.
Ability to handle all miscellaneous requests related to the process & assist the team with research & investigation as required.
Ensure to document procedures and identify requirements for additional controls as required.
Should be able to effectively manage performance of the team by coaching/providing feedback, influencing & build good rapport.
Ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate & manage difficult conversations.
Good coaching skills & providing effective feedback.
Good in problem solving & decision making.
Ability to identify the possible risks in the process & mitigate them by placing appropriate controls.
Conduct periodic process reviews & suggest process improvements to improve efficiency & reduce costs.
100 % adherence to procedures to ensure that there is not bad client experience.
Ensure adherence to operational procedures to complete task in an accurate and timely manner.
To provide processing support for effective and efficient process delivery.
Maintain optimal Productivity & Accuracy levels for the team as defined for the process.
Ensure that the ageing of breaks and write-offs are in line with the PB/corporate accounting policies
Ensure that all breaks are highlighted on a daily basis and aged appropriately
Candidate should possess strong knowledge of Reconciliation functions in Financial Services operations
Relationship building skills - To develop and build working relationships with diverse groups and senior executives.
Client focus - Role involves servicing highly sensitive Trust relationships / ultra high networth individuals and managing the Client experience is one of the key deliverables.
People management - ability to manage large teams, develop key talent, as well as manage the expectations of people. Ability to manage groups remotely across multiple locations.
Be able to drive positive changes, promote ownership and demonstrate "My business Mentality".
Manages Relationships through inclusivity and is able to actively manage stake holders and demonstrate collaborative team work.
Strategic thinking, should be creative and innovative; challenges status quo; generate strategic advice/product/client solutions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications - Graduate/MBA (Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/other related background) with ability to lead a group of individuals, foster a productive & controlled environment by influencing & building good rapport.
Minimum experience - 5-10 years of work experience.
