Primary Responsibilities:
ü In-charge of the service needed regarding IP-PBX systems
ü Works with Sales Specialists in doing their product demo
ü Conducts IP-PBX site surveys in preparation for producing proposals for potential clients
ü Ensures all work on the site are performed to company quality standards and practices
ü Can also provide technical assistance via telephone and/or email
ü Should attend to the technical needs of the clients and in the office
ü Check installed equipment and systems as per specifications on site
ü Test all installed/serviced equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with customer requirements
ü Responsible for training less experienced employees and trainees on installation/service techniques
ü Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Graduate of any Associate or four (4) year course;
· Willingness to travel out of area with multi-day assignments;
· Proven commitment and dedication to customer service with ability to facilitate/communicate transfer of operational knowledge and training;
· Ability to read and comprehend instructional assembly/training materials and communicate to others;
· Highly professional and confident to react to real time situations while on location;
· Ability to troubleshoot/communicate to customers via phone or actual;
· Advocate of fitness and wellness life style and conversant with associated issues
· Team player and personable Familiarity with and operational knowledge of Customer
· Strong sense of accountability.
