The UniOps organisation is rapidly rolling out a new global Transformation programme called Integrated Operations (iOps) which will fundamentally change the way we provide an end to end service to our customers and unlock a 4% increase for our growth. iOPS is one of the largest programmes that we have ever run and will fundamentally drive new ways of working across all of Unilever's markets by simplifying our operational processes, leveraging new technologies and implementing a future-fit organisation design that will ultimately ensure a superior customer and employee experience is at the heart of every decision made.

JOB PURPOSE
The main purpose of this role is to plan and deliver E2E tech components in a market, engaging with 3-4 markets concurrently.
This role will entail detailed planning and identifying critical paths to delivering technological components of end to end iOPs Solution for a Market. Taking approved iOPS Solution Blueprint for a market, this role will work closely with the Markets (both business and Geo IT), iOPS Platform reps and 3rd parties to create and own a detailed delivery plans, highlighting inter-dependencies between tech components and identifying business milestones to align technology drops.
This role will also need to deliver on the requirements of the iOPS Runway stage gate(s) to lead the activities and produce deliverables as prescribed within the iOPS Runway framework until successful completion of the Deployment Planning phase.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for end-to-end integrated planning and solution delivery to the desired quality standards for 3-4 markets concurrently (Asia and Africa)
Works closely with platform delivery managers to understand key dependencies and roll up of detailed delivery plans (technology components only) into the e2e market transformation plan
Manages market stakeholder relationships and communications. Works closely with the Market leads (business and IT) to understand business critical path and align technology delivery to unlock business value
Coordinate the landing of all iOps technologies (E2E tech landscape) in the market in a phased manner to unlock business value
Provide regular updates on progress, manages risks and issues and represent delivery ownership in various governance forums
ALL ABOUT YOU
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in project managing delivery of complex integrated solutions
Technical Skills
A strong ability to understand complex systems architecture to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Excellent understanding of the interactions between people, processes and technology
Ability to work with complex systems integration and identify interdependencies to assess critical paths
Past experience of project managing complex technology delivery projects (at least over £5M)
Experience of working in projects through the end to end project lifecycle
Strong understanding and experience with project governance and meeting stage gates criteria
Good overall knowledge of a broad range of technology and technology trends
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, risks and issues, and presentations
Familiarity with working with 3rd party or offshore suppliers to ensure the delivery of high quality designs and code
General Skills
Ability to work remotely and with wide range of stakeholders from business to IT
Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Ability to work with imperfect information whilst still maintaining high standard, evidenced designs and documentation
Experience working with multiple solutions service providers
Ability to work to tight deadlines and respond to changes swiftly and pragmatically
Team player with the ability and tolerance to work with others.
Ability to cope with uncertainty and drive through change
Good prioritisation/ prioritisation skills
