The position is mainly responsible for processing SLIMTC transactions that require manual handling such as UITFs, Loans and other securities. It also covers Cash Management and Liquidity functions, reconciliation of Daily Transaction Report, and assist in the broker/ counterparty onboarding tasks.

Proficient in MS Office applications
Good English communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to recognize, identify, and raise issues on a timely manner as well as investigate, analyze and resolve the issues immediately

University Degree
Work experience in Investment Operations
Work experience in the financial services industry
Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)
Performs daily operations tasks relating to investment trades/transactions, which includes UITF subscriptions and redemptions, Investment in Loans processing, and other securities that require manual handling.
Checks daily settlements and funding requirements to ensure timely settlement of trades and client withdrawals
Performs daily reconciliation of the Daily Transaction Report (DTR) sent by the Outsourcing Partner, to ensure completeness of records flowing to the Sunlife internal applications that generate the AML report.
Assists in the broker/counterparty onboarding activities.
Prepares manual CTR file in BCP instances where Sunlife internal applications are down
Preparation of reports, as required
Participation in SLIMTC initiatives or projects
