Assist in the completion of corporate finance transactions by assessing the attractiveness of deals.
Conduct financial analysis and oral and written presentations of findings.
Research and understand industry/market conditions and developments.
Assist in the preparation and production of CorFin correspondence, reports, and documents.
Liaise with the top-tier officers of large organizations.
Coordinate teams of professionals, including accountants, lawyers, and PR consultants.
Sort, file and monitor client and internal documents.
Organize and schedule meetings and event attendance.
Update and monitor the UI corporate profile.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives.
Bachelor of Science, Major in Finance, Management/ Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
2- 3 years of related experience
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
General financial knowledge
Ability to demonstrate effective leadership
Ability to work well as apart of a team
Good project and time management skills
