The position is primarily responsible for providing analytical and financial support for the company's investments in solar energy projects.
Perform company, industry, and macroeconomic research related to solar energy investments
Conduct financial, operational, and legal due diligence on investments
Prepare research briefings, company reports, and marketing materials
Prepare detailed financial models and projections for prospective solar energy investments
Monitor the operational and financial performance of existing solar investments
Maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and other counterparties
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements
Manage other deal-related projects and activities
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Management,
Mathematics, or equivalent * At least three (3) years of relevant experience in investment
banking, corporate finance, or similar field * Advanced MS Excel proficiency
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
Proficiency in report and presentation preparation
Keen attention to detail and strong analytical and quantitative
skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
