Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities. Process & follow up documents to lawyers, renewal of permits of vehicles, and comply necessary documents of company for government agencies, banks, clients, and vendors.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Accounting and/or other business related course.
Computer literate; detail-oriented; possess database management skills; knowledgeable of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Know how to drive 4wheels vehicle.
