WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
The position leads, drives, defines, and ensures the accuracy of all Supply Chain inventory (Finished Goods, POSMs, Tax Stamps, et. al.) between physical and systems/records across all facilities, zeroing out of all inventory variances and compliance to the company's controls and JSOX requirements. This includes oversight, and accountability for the creation, blueprinting, implementation, and driving improvements and stronger controls in all SC projects involving all JTI systems and processes that deal with inventory (ie. TME, MOM, SAP et. al.).
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive periodic review of inventory control policies and procedures. Cascade the same to all stakeholders and conduct assessments to ensure proper execution of standards.
Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all stock transfers from one warehouse to another. Identify opportunities for improvement in the operations that impact inventory management.
Lead the monthly inventory count reconciliation. Ensure consistency and accuracy of the reconciliation process in accordance to JSOX control procedures.
Monitor movement of bad goods from pull-out of market returns, ageing stocks at all warehouses, until product destruction.
Efficiently develop and maintain quality and performance metrics for organized inventory systems, and Leads the inventory team to ensure the achievement of goals accordingly.
Serves as subject matter expert for all inventory controls processes, systems, compliance and leads, drives, creates the governance model to ensure compliance, including project management of all
improvement programs relating to inventory controls and efficiency.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any business-related course
With at least 5-8 years of working experience in inventory management/control roles preferably from a multinational or FMCG company, and at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Subject Matter Expert in SAP (SD, MM modules), Order to Cash, Inventory Control, and Warehouse processes
Able to work with cross-functional teams
Strong conflict & negotiation skills, project management skills, and attention to detail with audit & process management competencies
Must be proficient in MS Office applications (with advanced knowledge in Excel), SAP MM, and SD modules.
Demonstrate good leadership skills
Has a can-do and make-it-happen attitude
