INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST - FULFILLMENT/WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATION
Job Description
You will work with our customers, our Operations Teams, and our warehouse partners to manage customers’ inventories, process inbound shipments and outbound B2B and B2C orders. You will be responsible for inventory accuracy within the WMS and accuracy of fulfillment orders. Your duties will include:
Received inventory in WMS
Prepare work orders for the warehouse staff
Prepare inventory and shipping reports for management and customers
Preparing instructions and load plans for warehouse staff and the operations team
Careful load planning and routing
Use various systems to manage eCommerce orders, prepare shipping labels, dispatch for pick up.
Managing recurring monthly billing as well as job specific charges.
Skills Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to present information and respond to questions from customers and partners.
Ability to work with demanding deadlines
Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with domestic transportation, parcel carrier systems like FedEx, UPS, USPS
Familiarity with WMS and fulfillment software such as Shipstation, 3PL Central, etc.
We highly value the following background (Not Required)
Experience with 3PL Central, Shipstation, Cargowise, HighJump, Shiphero
Experience with Google business Suite
