The Everyday is looking for a self-starting Inventory Manager. The ideal candidate is a bright, energetic, experienced, business-minded, and self-motivated individual with at least two years of experience (prior in-house, start-up experience is a big plus). We are looking for someone extremely bright, with an EQ that matches his/her IQ, and an ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees and management.
We are a small team and may require that they will do tasks beyond their scope of work but it will be related to their scope of work
Responsibilities
Will be willing to adapt with ZOHO inventory
Work on day-to-day flow of packages with our fullment partner and our website
Manage communication of day-to-day shipping, fulfillment of packages through the current systems
Manage Inventory
Implement and maintain a contracts management system
Prepare and monitor state filings and business registrations, contracts
Provide monthly data on shipping and inventory management
Develop a better flow and system for shipping
Figure out the best way to respond to concerns by customers
Qualifications
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and resourceful with strong follow-through skills
Possess a strong desire to learn the business and function integrally as part of an interdisciplinary team
Prior experience at a start-up with Inventory and Online Shipments
Experience with Online Fulfillment and customer experience
