The Interviewing Specialist is responsible for scheduling and conducting structured phone interviews to pre-qualify candidates for designated clients.
Responsibilities
Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements.
Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System, proprietary systems, etc.)
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma is required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment is required.
Experience in human resources and/or talent acquisition strongly preferred.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Effectively communicate verbally with candidates via phone or video.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
Strong typing skills while documenting candidate responses.
Ability to effectively listen and type simultaneously.
