We are looking for a talented International Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and participate in the screening and hiring process for Healthcare Professionals wishing to relocate to the United Kingdom. Working as part of the InHealth People Services team, this unique will require you to work closely to build strong relationships with our Partner Recruitment Agencies, and be responsible for the screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates for a final interview with a Hiring Manager. You will be responsible for evaluating resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews independently, and managing the hiring paperwork. Your judgment and experience will play a crucial part in ensuring the best hit for both candidates and InHealth. As the International Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are acting as a brand ambassador for InHealth, helping to sell the amazing opportunities InHealth and the United Kingdom has to offer.

The main responsibilities of an INTERNATIONAL TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR include:
Working closely with Philippine Recruitment Agencies for qualified candidates
Consult with Hiring Managers to fully understand staff requirements and specific job objectives
Undertaking initial stage screening and scoping interviews of candidates before passing recommended shortlists to the Hiring Manager for the final interview
Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
Conduct phone, Zoom/Teams, and/or in-person interviews
Scheduling the interview process, supporting the Hiring Manager with interview template questions, and providing feedback to the candidate at each stage
Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
Managing the offer, acceptance, and onboarding process
Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods

Energetic, driven, and an engaging personality with a genuine and consistent passion for candidates to succeed in their career goals
Proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter who can demonstrate excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize, meet recruitment targets, and complete projects within deadlines
Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency-based and behavioral) whilst demonstrating sound judgment in decision-making process which is in line with company values and the Recruitment Policy
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems (preferred)
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
