An International Mobility professional, within Global HR, who has:
More than 4 years of IM experience, especially in managing STA and LTA for EMEA region (experience in APAC and NA is a plus)
Experience in managing local / permanent transfers for APAC and EMEA regions, which is an advantage
Policy orientation and counselling experience as well as process execution
More than 2 years of user experience in Assignment Pro and Workday
Architect role experience in Assignment Pro, which is an advantage
More than 1 year of user experience in ServiceNow as a ticketing tool
Operational experience with respect to the global implementation of projects, including developing guidelines, process transitions, systems implementation, quality assurance, and data fluency
Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering
