Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably experienced in Internal Audit in Manufacturing Industry or equivalent
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skill
Understanding in Internal Auditing and Risk-based Auditing
Knowledge of International Standard for the Professional Practice of Inte2000rnal Auditing (ISPPIA)
Willing to be assigned in Fortune, Marikina (Manufacturing Plant)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform fieldwork, prepare the work program and audit report, and assists in other audit activities.
Conduct or assist in reviews of assigned organizational and functional activities.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the controls over the activities reviewed.
For each audit engagement, ensure that audit reports are submitted timely with minimal review points and revisions.
Perform all fieldwork competently and professionally. Provide evidential support for all report recommendations.
Perform the audit engagement following the Internal Audit Standard, and in line with the approved Internal Audit Manual.
Ensure that working papers are properly prepared, indexed, and cross-referenced.
Participate in opening and closing meetings whenever required.
Ensure continuing development of effective professional relationships with auditee personnel.
Ensure that available audit tools are utilized whenever available/appropriate and the Audit Management System is used and updated for each audit engagement.
Pursue a departmentally approved program for continuing education for self by highlighting the specific training needs to the Business Control Head.
