Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor consignment
Willing to travel within the Philippines
Conduct field audit and present findings / results.
Recommend risk management plans
Assist management in internal controls
Check company's tracking devices and submit monitoring report monthly
Check and validate company's expenses
Send statement of accounts (SOA) to outlets monthly
Conduct inventory count per month
Provide and submit the following reports as follows:
a. Consignment Monitoring Report
b. Audit Report
c. Tracker Monitoring Report
d. Accountability Report
e. Liquidation Report Summary
f. Stock Donation Report Summary
g. Monthly Inventory Count Report
Filing related documents
Qualifications
· Accounting graduate, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
· Knowledgeable in MS Office
· Willing to learn and a team player
· Good work habits, attitude and strong sense of urgency
