ZigZag is looking for an Internal Auditor/Process Improvement Manager to join our team!
The Internal Auditor/ClickUp Manager is responsible for assessing ZigZag's business and IT processes and identifying shortfalls or gaps in processes. This role will also be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of tasks and projects within ClickUp.
He/She must be an excellent team member who can discover the most efficient ways to run the processes. He/she must be familiar with KPO processes and has a background in Agile and Scrum methodologies. ClickUp experience is preferred.
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES
Proven experience as an internal auditor, quality assurance or equivalent
Excellent organizational and agile & scrum abilities
Outstanding communication and people skill
Knowledge of the industry's legal rules and guidelines
Knowledge in health & safety, security, and engagement
Experience in making and implementing policies and/or working procedures in a BPO/KPO set-up
In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance,
customer service, training & development, HR, etc.)
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/ operations metrics
Familiarity with ClickUp
Owns issues through to resolution
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop parameters and quality standards for assessing business policies and procedures based on global best practices.
Identify processes, situations, and issues, where the organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
Training employees on quality standards and procedures.
Document risks and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare audit reports and findings.
Manage ClickUp hierarchy and structure based on best practices and business needs.
Assume the Scrum Master role including monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements and ensuring the quality of output of tasks and projects based on the definition of done.
