DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. (DPMC), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for an Internal Auditor. The successful candidate will be hired directly by DPMC.
Job Summary:
An Internal Auditor is responsible for performing full audit cycle over Condominium Corporation operations, effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with applicable directives and regulations. He/She is also expected to prepare and present reports that reflect audit results.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any Business-related courses.
CPA or CIA is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in auditing standards and procedures.
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills with sound and independent judgment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Has ability to work around large amount of data to compile detailed reports.
Proficient in computer applications (e.g. MS Applications)
Willing to be assigned in Bangkal, Makati.
Can start ASAP.
