Job Description
Oversee the audit engagement undertaken by the field auditor.
Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation.
Perform audit procedures such as but not limited to cash count, physical inventory of assets, accountable forms and audit of daily collections and deposits.
Conduct spot and random onsite inspection and audit of various business units.
Inspect validity and expiration of regulatory permits.
Ensure that assets are safeguarded.
Prepare a timely audit report.
Identify internal control weaknesses and recommendation new or modified internal controls to meet compliance and organizational needs.
Conduct follow up review and assessment of the corrective measures implemented to resolve operational and compliance deficiencies noted from previous audit engagements.
Performs financial, operations and system audit.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bs Accountancy Major in Accounting
Experience in internal audit.
Professional audit certification (CPA or CIA) is a plus.
3 to 5 years of audit experience.
Demonstrated technical abilities in selected areas (audit, accounting, regulatory, compliance, etc.)
Good analytical interpersonal, time management, research and communications skills
Must be willing to travel and do field work
