Job Descriptions
Perform activities primarily aimed to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control and corporate governance specifically in branches and in project sites.
Analyze data and prepares reports for informed conclusions
Physical audit of bank collections and fund, materials and data
Discusses and raises audit findings and exceptions noted in the conduct of audit activities
Maintains audit records, updating and submission of audit report with utmost confidentiality
Job Qualifications
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or related field
With at least two years of experience in auditing in the real estate industry or related field
Proficient in MS. Excel and Word and above average analytical skills
Experience:
Internal Auditing: 1 year (Preferred)
