About the Internal Audit Manager (with banking experience) Role:
In this role, you will be required to work with top management in recommending, implementing and reviewing the internal control agenda for the organisation. The role will be reporting directly to the PH Financial Controller while leading a team in Manila.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain a strong understanding of internal audit, controls, as well as their procedures and methods
Lead audit reviews done by external auditors
Review and update existing controls based on risk analysis
Manage the insurance requirements of the company vis-a-vis the risk management strategy and group policies
To succeed in this Internal Audit Manager (with banking experience) role, you must have at least nine years of related experience in internal controls and audit.
Key Requirements:
Experience in commercial banking required
Experience in Big 4 firm is highly preferred
Dealing effectively with various stakeholders, proficiency in various audit techniques as well as excellent project management skills
Knowledgeable in financial and management accounting
Must have very strong Microsoft Excel skills while analysing heavy volume data and reconciliation
Experience in handling a team
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Must be willing to work in BGC, on a day shift schedule, Mondays through Fridays
