Job Description
The Client Success team is our frontline in helping our clients, and therefore their clients, succeed. This means that if clients need any form of help, they first run to the Client Success team. As such, we are looking for interns who are interested in being trained to face clients both internally and externally, in any situation. Full-time employment positions also available. This is 100% remote.

Lauds 6:00 - 15:00
Matins 14:00 - 23:00
Vespers 22:00 - 7:00

Qualifications
Must-haves:
Verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino. Other languages an advantage.
Customer service experience or customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Stable internet connectivity.
Preferred:
Knowledge of any programming language.
Can do shifting.
