As a Lead analyst position within the FRSS Metrics Intelligence team, this Analyst Role is an individual contributor role dedicated to the collection, management and production of key process and organization metrics of FRSS, with a particular emphasis on the Reporting processes. As part of the Metrics team, this Analyst role will also be involved in key defining key controls, and key operational and organizational metrics for the defined processes in alignment with FRSS objectives of achieving Process Excellence through Metrics Based Management
Day To Day Responsibilities :
- Data Collection, Management, and Reporting for the Reporting Ops Process areas, with a special emphasis on Organizational Metrics,
- Contribute & Support & take initiative towards the development of the Data templates and additional Metrics Dashboards
- Provide thought leadership & support to create an environment of an agile Data Driven Analytical Workplace for Business Intelligence & Decision Making
- Actively support the DTA Driven Work Life balance Analytical exercise & related programs.
- Participation & Support to the creation of FRSS Data Warehouse and Data Management & Analytical Solutions in FRSS for Process Analytics; as well as
- Generate insights through data mining and analysis for various projects
- Work in the identification of improvement opportunities, dependencies and impacts on the business in order to integrate best practices for current processes, through analysis of Metrics Data
- Responsible for monthly preparation of metrics reporting dashboards and other outputs for senior management; this would include executing data analysis in order to identify, design and provide analytical insights through metrics / KPI / KRI dashboards
- Create & make presentations to explain business problems, analysis approach and recommendations
- Help design the database structure to support a metric DW; and data visualization dashboards; bring in the Analytical Mindset culture through the regular and ad-hoc outputs
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of the monthly outputs
- Collaborate with other FRSS teams on the business intelligence and insight needs and support with proficient dashboards and outputs.
- Has the ability to operate with limited level of direct supervision
- Act as Metrics SME within the team
- Can exercise independence of judgement & autonomy
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent in experience.
Experience in Data, Metrics and Analytics processes preferred.
2.5+ years of relevant experience in Metrics, Accounting, Finance processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel & Power BI; initiation into Tableau will be preferred
Knowledge of Python and advanced digital tools will be preferable
Ability to multi-task and be a team player.
Clear and concise communication (written, verbal) skills.
Proficient knowledge of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the goals of the area
Has working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
