Specific Job Responsibilities:
Conducts Inspection, Evaluation and Documentation of on-site developments
Reviews and evaluates the architectural and Interior Design plans sent by client.
Ensures completion of work within schedules
Responsible for overseeing all phases of the assigned projects
Secures the necessary documents and/or clearances to facilitate installation and/or turnover after completion of project.
Reports project progress in regular basis to Executives
Ensures that work implemented is within schedule and according to quality standards.
Performs other related functions inherent in team operations
Answer client's queries through email or call
Other related duties that may be assigned to him/her by the Executives
Can Multi-task
Can effectively work under pressure
Job Description
Must possess a bachelor's degree in Interior Design or having solid Interior Design background
Professional License (Passed Professional License Exam), Architecture or equivalent is required.
Must be proficient in 2D drafting and detailing using the Autocad tool.
Preferable 2-3 yrs minimum experienced employees specializing in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad, MS Word, Excel.
Must be proficient in 3D perspective rendering using any of the following tools: Sketchup with Vray, 3S Studio Maxx with Vray and the like
Must have experience in working on projects such as resorts, malls, hotels, offices, and buildings.
Must be detail-oriented and keen at identifying materials and finishes from an international-based market
Must be creative and executes with less supervision.
Proficient in English both written and oral
Great problem-solving and decision-making skills
Have a great self-confidence in dealing with high-end clients
Knows how to read and analyze Architectural plans
Must be familiar in completing package from design development to construction drawings with minimal supervision.
