Plan, design and supervise major renovations, remodeling, and additions during installation.
Advise the client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination and preparation of quotations.
With a background in Kitchen/Furniture design and sales experience.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office is a must; CAD drawing and detailing for interior & furniture/kitchen design, Sketchup; 3D skills
Proven ability to generate and close sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
Experience in interior design required
