Our Exciting Opportunity
As Intercompany Specialist, you will be working with Intercompany invoicing of NSOR manual and automated, Hardware repair, Transfer Price/Software Call-off and ICRRB Invoicing and Support, and Intercompany WHT Certificate Management. The job requires frequent contacts with local companies and Finance units around the world, but also with units within Group Functions. The manager for the unit is in Manila.
You will
Process AR Invoicing
Intercompany Resource Related Billing (ICRRB)
SOX Controls related to ICRRB and NSOR Invoicing
Cost Center Analysis (ICRRB CCs only). Review balances for CC on Ericsson Buyer postings. Resolve mismatches on ICRRB.
Calculate and perform the monthly internal central IS/IT invoicing.
Global Tools Recharges.
IC WHT Management
To be successful in the role you must have
1-2 yrs. of proven experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business Administration, or similar
Good knowledge of the Ericsson organization
Knowledge of Ericsson Business Processes
Experience from working with ONE system and BW
Ability to fluently communicate in English
Highly analytical, attention to details
Quality approach and customer focus
Can work under pressure
Team Player
Additional Requirements:
Strong Communication Skills
Domain Experience preferably SAP
Microsoft Excel/Macro Skills
