Job Description
Drives holistic IA solutioning & own IA Roadmap for a business area. IA being defined as a grouping of RPA, Intelligent OCR, workflow/orchestration, and cognitive decisioning
Work closely with internal stakeholders and Clients to develop, co-create and lead their IA-driven Digital Transformation journeys across multiple accounts
Drives end to end assessment and solutioning lifecycle - Discover use cases fit for IA, convert them into opportunities, gauge automation potential and create a business case
Utilizes IA as a transformation lever and maximizes its solution potential by making sure that
- Solution is addressing key transformation objectives, scale and volume
- Solution is utilizing full capabilities of IA platforms and technologies, and is identifying necessary pre-requisite & limitations for implementation
- Solution minimizes changes required in backend systems
- Commercials and RoI are in-line with business objectives and is able to manage expectations
Create PoCs, services and assets in IA space that can address business needs while being ahead on the technology curve
Creates impact as an IA architect by contributing to IA knowledge base, reusable automation pool and research based initiatives
Qualifications
B.E. or higher
10+ years of overall experience (at least 3 years in IA, rest can be in other technologies)
Architecturally competent with at least one RPA platform and one workflow tool
Excellent knowledge of Automation landscape, including workflow integration and cognitive
Can articulate technical fitment of RPA with rest of Enterprise Architecture
Business acumen and strong result orientation
Strong stake holder and relationship management skills and dealing with senior executives
Highly self-motivated, proactive and eager to develop new capabilities in evolving role
