The AWM Change Mobilization team partners with Operations, Technology and Business leadership to take the best of what we do, within and across LOBs, and drive deliberate cross-pollination across AWM Operations teams, promoting global process consistency and standards. We focus on evolving the organization's capabilities to move from lower to higher-value added tasks, and creating agile processes, teams and infrastructure that enable differentiated client experiences and outcomes. We follow a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to identify opportunities and employ co-design principles to create effective, scalable, well controlled solutions. Those solutions seek to differentially equip our people and support their development as Operations professionals of the future. We serve the broader organization and maintain a service-oriented attitude in all that we do.
Current initiatives include:
Service Design - to deliver improved employee experience and better client outcomes
Business Process & Decision Modeling - capture current and design future state processes and business logic to drive integration into underlying core technology
Analytics Transformation - govern and support adoption of Alteryx, Tableau and Qlik to drive value creation through automation of manual data preparation and reporting tasks
Intelligent Automation - manage ongoing automation initiatives using Xceptor and Robotics Process Automation- UiPath platform ; liaise with firm-wide programs and represent AWM Operations in evaluation and implementation of existing and emerging digital tools
Common Capabilities Product Ownership - drive product development of core technology components that can be leveraged across AWM
Core Responsibilities
Can support Reusable solutions (built on UiPath platform) and attended Bots
Should be flexible to work in early APAC hours (6.30 am SGT to 3.30 pm SGT)
Provide immediate support - troubleshoot and fix production issues
Provide clear communications and Root cause analysis on the production issues across stakeholders
Adhering firm wide governance for solution implementations and working actively along with controls team
Ensuring customer requirements are translated into functional specifications and detailed level designs.
Good working knowledge of RPA viz., UiPath or any other equivalent RPA platform
Can understand and work on Hyper-automation solutions along with AI , ML, NLG and OCR capabilities basis the solution requirements.
Ensuring the product/solution architecture is scalable, re-usable and extensible
Design, code, test automation workflows using UiPath.
Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components: Robots, Studio, Studio Pro, Orchestrator.
Thorough Understanding on UiPath tools during the Life cycle of BOT implementation like Process Mining, Task Mining, Task capture, Document understanding , AI Centre, Orchestrator,
Working Knowledge on Document Understanding, Computer Vision or Citrix Automation is a plus.
Hands-on experience in low code automation tools such as Xceptor, Unqork ,Alteryx, Python and R is an added plus
Qualifications
7 to 8+ years relevant work experience in IT Industry ,customer-facing, partner facing, customer success, account management
5+ years of experience in Production support and code development background
Experience in UiPath coding using Studio-X and Studio is must.
Automation experience and exposure is a must. Has an exposure to automation in the past 12 to 24 months.
Certifications in using UiPath development platforms is an advantage.
Good knowledge on VBA/C#, python or any scripting language.
Advanced RPA Developer certifications is a Plus
Qualified B-Tech/ BE/MCA/MS Computers
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
Financial services experiences in either Global Markets or Asset and Wealth Management
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and ability to facilitate discussions
Self-motivated and motivate others to meet tight timelines for delivery
Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities
Build trusted relationships with business partners and team members
