We are looking for people with the following IT profile: . 1 to 2 years experience in any of these common programming languages (C++, C#, VB.NET, SQL, VBA, Python and JavaScript) . Basic knowledge on any of the following process workflows, IT dev, testing, implementation or IT support. . Experience in Business Process Analysis or process improvements would be an advantage . Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills . Critical thinking and attention to detail . Has inclination towards automation solutions, data and analytics . Knowledge or training on an RPA solution would be a bonus Resources hired will undergo a rigorous bootcamp for the first 2 months on at least one RPA platform (e.g. Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Platform), which will be culminated by a capstone project/certification. Once Trained, your Responsibilities: . You will be responsible for implementing and participate in delivery of automation solutions to our clients using different RPA or intelligent automation tools . Advising clients on governance and control procedures post automations on sustaining the operational risk . You will also be required to bring a level of robotic automation knowledge to our clients and play an important role in communicating the automation solution in client meetings and workshops by providing high level understanding of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) . Responding to client queries from RPA advisory, implementation and technology perspectives . Collecting business requirements, cooperation with process SME on client site . Document and track current and future state business processes and requirements across multiple functional business areas . Works with clients and other developers to execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows, building, testing, implementing RPA solutions and ensuring quality of the system. . Ensuring quality and timeliness of automated processes . Designing and implementing solutions around RPA software like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and UI Path and to advise our clients on RPA tool selection . You will be operating as an advisor or business consultant and recommending process automation improvements .
