Combines Operational Excellence (Lean Six Sigma process improvement) and Intelligent Automation capabilities to ensure LSEG's automation program succeeds in a sustainable way with lasting results
Lead Intelligent Automation use case discovery Workshops across Customer Operations, identifying opportunities to eliminate non-value-add tasks and automate mundane repetitive activities across cross functional team, thus freeing up capacity to focus on customer-facing and value add activities.
Understand LSEG's automation tool kit and select the appropriate technology (e.g. RPA, workflow, analytics, machine translation) and required solution definition
Lead automation business case creation and benefits realization planning
Partner with the Automation COE and LSEG's Technology teams to execute on the prioritized list of automation enhancements and functionalities.
Works in collaboration with Project Management, Process Engineering, Finance and Governance teams to ensure up-to-date tracking and reporting
Ensures a close partnership with the metrics team around data exchange and KPI measurements.
Ensures use case identification and project deliverables are of a high standard and support the Intelligent Automation agile delivery approach
Ability to Lead several concurrent projects that involve multiple teams and stakeholders.
Establish the Project Management Plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders as aligned with the delivery operating model
Supervise and assist BA's on the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (i.e. PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases)
Responsible for RPA pipeline status updates including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to client and Program Manager
Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to help avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks
Ownership of Automation Hub platform ensuring information consistency and clarity to promote a once source of truth across the IA CoE
