Key responsibilities
Maersk.com platform Technology organization is looking for an Integration Engineer to join the integration implementation technology team in Asia Pacific Region. The Integration Engineer should have deep knowledge of the Logistic industry business process and the key ERP integration technologies. He/She should also have rich experience in customer integration implementation and basic project management skills. This position will work together with vast internal and external stakeholders to build advanced and effective system integration solutions for our customers. You will play a vital part in our success and build the experience to advance your career.
Work together with PPOs (Platform Product Owner), Scrum Team members, as well as Commercial/Operation teams and the external counterparts from customer side, to design technology solutions that fulfill business requirement from customers;
Clarify detail requirements with customers and users thru mails, conferences or onsite workshops, translate those requirements into detail solution design documents and technical specifications for backend engineers in the scrum team to execute development and configuration;
Conduct module test, integration test for the new system functions based on self-designed test scenarios, and support User Acceptance Test as well as hyper care after system/business go live;
Draft documents/specifications for detail solution design, and conduct the functional handover to application support teams;
Provide Level 3/4 support to Production environment system issues of ongoing customers
Follow the Agile/Scrum methodology and internal process for high quality delivery
We are looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in Shipping and Logistic Industry
Minimum 1 years' experience of customer IT solution design and implementation
Experience of customer direct integration technology including but not limited to EDI, API, etc. is preferred
Problem solving flair combined with natural initiative and curiosity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
On-hand Experience of Agile/Scrum Methodology and JIRA system is preferred.
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies would be a good added value
We expect you also have:
Bachelor's Degree or above
Fluent English in both written and oral
Good knowledge of MS Office Products including Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
