Requirements:
General
Supply Chain/Logistics - knowledge/understanding of warehousing and transport domain
Will be able learn to map interface/integration specifications
Will be able learn to listen and document business/functional/technical requirements
Will be able learn to formulate understanding of electronic message flow (EDI/XML)
Will be able learn to support file/transaction/message failures
Knowledge of the components of Web Services / APIs
Able to draw process flow diagrams
Confidently engage with customers IT team and project teams
Graduate or with some experience
Soft skills
Good written and oral communication
Comfortable presenting and speaking with colleagues/customers on Teams/Zoom etc. with camera on
Strong analytical skills
Strong problem solving
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of project lifecycle and software development lifecycle
