As an Integrated and Marketing Communication Specialist, you'll be responsible for integrated communication and marketing communication in Philippines

What you'll do
Develop Integrated Communication Strategy & Planning into a Market-specific communications
Drive communications that fundamentally shift customer and stakeholder perception in the market.
Collaborate with global planning, content and activation "Center of Excellence" (CoE) teams to ensure top-notch market input into content, integrated planning across company
Leads content localization in the market for every channel of sales and contribute to increasing Philips Lighting / Signify Brand Preference in the Market by creating compelling marketing communication.
Responsible for digital & performance marketing and e-commerce support, implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
Manage digital marketing activation in the digital & social media assets
Managing agencies: media, design and digital vendors; managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
Translates the marketing objectives into a yearly marcom plan, specifying required deliverables and projects, according to the guidelines
Public relations activities: building and managing Signify business's reputation, public image and cultivating relationships in the Philippines
Leverages customer/market insights to deliver a rich customer experience
Your qualifications
Bachelor degree holder preferably in Marketing / Business Administration
Have at least 3+ years of Marketing communication experience in combined B2C and B2B channels/ brand communication and preferably in a Consumer Electronics / Information Technology / Building Materials industries
Experience in leading big projects / campaigns
Performance marketing experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in digital and e-commerce campaigns and programs
Previous creative or digital marketing agency experience is an advantage
Analytical skills (ROI calculations); focus on analytics and set KPIs accordingly: understand how to translate analytical data/dashboards into improvements
Building collateral to support campaigns (banners, webpages, social posts, theme/solution pages, email, messages)
