Operations Associate for Insurance and Retirement Services Operations
J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, with client assets of $2.4 trillion, is a global leader in investment and wealth management. As an Operations Associate in the Insurance and Retirement Services team, you will be responsible for executing key deliverables within the strategic business agenda across Wealth Management. The jobholder will be responsible to evaluate and make improvements in processes, and subsequently influence the team to adhere to the improved operating model. The jobholder should be committed to optimize efficiency by applying best-in-class solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver sustainable and scalable processes that support the firm's Insurance and Retirement products, including but not limited to collateral movement, 3rd party Sales Partners management and client service.
Be a subject matter expert in Insurance and Retirement products and all the internal and external factors that shape this business.
Analyze key performance and business metrics and propose an action plan to improve overall performance
Design and own the end-to-end execution of continuous improvement projects
Qualifications:
At least 7 years' experience in Banking and Financial services. Familiarity with wealth management and insurance products is preferred
Competency in process improvement techniques and business process modelling tools. Six Sigma will be an advantage.
Exceptional collaboration, and communication skills.
Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with technology and applications
Expertise in Microsoft Office programs.
