We are looking for an eLearning designer/developer to be part of our growing global Learning & Education team. Youâll create effective product-specific eLearning content and experiences for our audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build courses using Articulate 360 (primarily Rise 360) under our design direction.
Creates training project outlines, learning objectives, and storyboards to support learning objectives.
Work with the L&OD team to design engaging and compelling course.
Develop actionable and measurable learning objectives for the courses you create.
Work efficiently, effectively and amiably with subject matter experts across the organization
Work both independently and collaboratively.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience in instructional design and/or development for eLearning training.
Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles.
Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise 360).
Visual design skills in Photoshop and Illustrator, to develop illustrations, graphics, etc. to support the course content.
Experience in Premier pro, Camtasia or other video editing software.
Experience with other multimedia/learning development tools (e.g., Vyond, Powtoon, VideoScribe, Audacity, etc.)
Develop quizzes and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the course.
Solid understanding of technology with regards to eLearning from recording to editing, audio to video.
Familiarity with LMS administration and SCORM development.
Eagerness and agility in learning new skills, technologies, and practices related to eLearning
Examples of engaging eLearning youâve built (Online portfolio)
Perform quality assurance testing and organize updates to existing learning materials.
Ability to self-direct and work independently effectively
Acute attention to detail
Ability to work well with SMEs to quickly learn new information, then use it to turn out beautiful, effective courses.
A positive attitude and a passion for learning.
Ability to adapt according to changing business needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
Experience working with diverse teams
