Role : Instagram Lead Generation Specialist
Type : Part-Time
Work Hours : PST/PDT, CDT/CST, US Time zone
WeAssist.io is looking for an Instagram Lead Generation Specialist who is skilled, experienced lead gen/sales people and have worked online that can build rapport with a sound understanding of the sales process.
The main objectives are to generate and increase revenue. Furthermore, other tasks will be prospecting, processing leads, building fitness programs, creating contents, managing Trainerize as well as administrative, calendar management and appointment settings.
Job Responsibilities
Handle the outbound lead generation by finding and building a pipeline of prospects from scratch using different social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest
Handle inbound lead generation by answering inquiries of prospects via direct messages, emails or chat.
Manage messages by sending nudges and sending retargeting messages. Responsible for managing influx of incoming and outgoing DMs. Manage the engagements with new prospects and existing costumers to nurture relationship via direct messages or emails.
Reach out to customers via social media channels, email and phone calls.
Responsible for data tracking, checking Typeform and email lists.
Qualify and convert prospects to sales.
Appointment setting using Calendly.
Handle other administrative tasks
Customer Management - handle the onboarding, offboarding, inquiries and concerns
Re-writing, sending contracts to customers, organize customers files
Management of database via CRM tool or spreadsheet
Invoice support/management
Email management
Calendar management
Contact/Lead management
Send reports or updates to the customers.
Create social media contents with Canva.
Responsible for troubleshooting the social media accounts, software, communication and management tools.
Manage the schedules through various scheduling apps and sync to his phones and laptops
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements
Has experience doing lead generation using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
Has knowledge using Evolution nutrition, Trainerize, Typeform, Zoom, Pipedrive, Gmail, Calendly, Zapier.
Experience supporting a fitness or health and wellness coach is a PLUS!
Must be amenable to work on US time zone.
Has a strong work ethic with a sense of commitment
