Duties and Responsibilities
Reports directly to the Business Development Manager for GFW
Lead qualification, product introduction and high level online presentation on a case to case basis for GFW and Education Group.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
ISR's time will be equally divided between the 2 Groups
Enter and update lead information in the Sales Tracker and Assign qualified leads with ISR notes and instructions to Account Managers
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Update ISR reports in the Sales Tracker pursuant to products and groups
ISR will help in the documentations and Bidding preparations for GFW and Edu.
To follow up renewals for GFW and Edu (calls and emails)
To send email marketing / Intro email to prospects and existing customers
To handle accounts from 1-20 users with guidance from the BDM of GFW.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
Inside Sales Representative Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or similar.
Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Having strong negotiation and presentation skills
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to achieve targets.
