Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will take on the crucial responsibility of overseeing all leads and renewals within your designated geographical area throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to generating quotes and ultimately closing deals. In addition to this primary focus, this role also demands a degree of channel and partner awareness, as it involves collaborating with partners in various countries across the assigned geography. Your ability to effectively manage and nurture leads, as well as work collaboratively with international partners, will be key to your success in this role, ensuring the continued growth and success of our client's sales operations.

What do you need to succeed
3-5 years of sales-related experience in quota-bearing sales, inside sales, renewal sales, or sales support with a strong track record of success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build professional rapport by phone or email.
Highly proficient computer skills, including internet use, SFDC, email, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desired skills &; competencies:
A Bachelors Degree, completion of 2 years in college, or a 2-year degree in a technical/vocational course.
Salesforce experience.
Prior sales experience, including territory management and accurate forecasting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interest in pursuing a sales career.
Team player capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment.
Fluency in Spanish.
What awaits you in this role
Manage all leads and renewals in the assigned geography throughout the complete sales cycle, including outreach, quoting, and closing.
Develop channel and partner awareness as leads are forwarded and collaboration with partners in different countries across the assigned geography is required.
Utilize Salesforce.com to document all customer/partner opportunities and activities.
Cultivate customer/partner relationships with end-users/channel sales through outbound phone calls and emails.
Identify customer/partner requirements and upsell renewals with new subscription products and/or hardware.
Contribute to a team-selling environment, actively participating in weekly and quarterly account planning sessions with the Director of Sales.
Promote strategic initiatives and encourage the adoption of the consumption model.
Incorporate training and marketing into sales efforts, with some experience in event planning being beneficial.
