Job Description:
In this key role, you will manage, direct and drive demand generation, meetings, channel partnerships, and up-sell/cross sell into Enterprise and Channel accounts. Focus on adding new enterprise customers and assisting the Major Account Managers with the development of their territories.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to the Whitespace Channel Account Managers
Qualify and validate Deal Registrations under Commercial/Whitespace Accounts
Provide accurate pipeline forecast and commit
To take care of the renewal and sales operation.
Providing high quality support to our Internal sales team (major account managers, regional account managers, channel account managers)
SFDC Management and Cadence
SPR's & Deal Registration
Management and retention of Renewals
Management of renewals through the Supply Chain Distribution
Partner
End user. * Proactive planning to ensure a seamless renewal process where services are renewed before expiry
Identify up-sell opportunities through the renewal process to maximise revenue generation
Lead generation & management
Identifying new leads to generate net new labels
Direct sales management & ownership of low to mid-range opportunities
Manage end to end sales process for low to mid-range opportunities (new business & renewal)
Build Partner and Disti relationships to ensure maximum coverage across deals
Manage personal forecast for sales management on low to mid-range opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in renewal sales.
Excellent positive attitude and have teamwork spirit.
Excellent English communications internally, corporation-wide and externally
Familiar with Fortinet's products and services preferred.
Basic understanding of IT networking fundamental
Basic understanding of cybersecurity and its' use in the market
